Registration

Pre-register by August 15, 2008 to qualify for reduced early registration rate.

Registration is a 3-step process:

Step 1:  Download the Kentucky Baha'i School Registration Packet (3 pages, PDF, 186KB)

Download Registration Packet (PDF File)

The registration packet will open in Adobe Reader (you must have the software installed).
You can then view and print the form and save the file.

The registration packet includes information on:

Costs for registration, lodging, and meals Sponsorship and medical release for children

School rules and standards Registrar contact info (also here)

Step 2:  Complete the Registration Form and mail.

	See detailed Registration Instructions sheet in the registration packet.
	Enclose pre-registration fee.

Step 3:  Pay fees.

Fees are payable in full upon arrival at the school.
