Registration

Pre-register by August 20, 2009 to qualify for reduced early registration rate.

Registration is a 3-step process:

Step 1:  Gather your Kentucky Baha'i School Registration Forms

Printed registration forms were sent via postal mail during the week of July 20 to all Baha'i households in Kentucky and to LSAs and Groups in surrounding states.

The registration forms include information on:

Costs for registration, lodging, and meals Sponsorship and medical release for children

School rules and standards Registrar contact info (also here)

The forms are also available in PDF format.
You can print the forms and save the files on your computer. (The files are Read Only-rename when saving):

You can also download Registration Form Page 1 in Excel format. Use it to automatically perform all calculations and then submit via email or postal mail. Refer to the Registration Instructions.

Step 2:  Complete the Registration Form and mail.

	Read the Registration Instructions carefully and follow the directions.
	Enclose pre-registration fee, OR ... NEW FOR 2009! You can pay online with credit or debit card. More information here.

Step 3:  Pay fees.

Fees are payable in full upon arrival at the school -- cash, check, money order, or online payment.
